Brand Refresh, Website Redesign & Social Media Design Strategy for experiential agency
No Hot Ashes approached our team to elevate their visual identity and digital presence in a way that better reflected their bold personality and resonated with a broader audience. The project encompassed a full brand refresh, a modernized website redesign, and an updated social media creative strategy — all with the goal of reinforcing brand clarity and increasing engagement across channels.
My role spanned creative direction, design leadership, and execution. I began by refining the brand’s visual language — clarifying color palettes, typographic hierarchy, and imagery style to strengthen recognition and differentiate the brand in a crowded market. From there I led the redesign of the website experience, focusing on information architecture, mobile optimization, and a visually compelling interface that elevated storytelling and eased user navigation.
Parallel to the site work, I developed a refreshed social media creative framework that unified campaign visuals, motion assets, and day-to-day content with the new brand identity. The social refresh emphasized consistency in tone, pattern, and color while allowing flexible execution that felt native to each platform.
Across all touchpoints, the direction aimed to balance personality with clarity — preserving what was unique about the brand while making it more polished, cohesive, and scalable. The result was a more confident and unified brand presence that strengthened visual impact, improved usability, and better supported ongoing content creation and audience engagement.
